FUNDRAISING EVENT

Dear Friends and Well-wishers of INI ORU VIDHI SEIVOM TRUST,

Having involved Ourselves in Charitable Activities by supporting the Needy and Underprivileged Children, Women, and Senior Citizens in Tirupur, Coimbatore, and a few more places by extending our service to them in many ways from Feeding the Hungry, Supporting Education fees, Medical Treatment Support, Infrastructure Development Supporting Government Schools, Medical Equipment Support to Government Hospitals, Supporting the Special Children, Physically Challenged, Transgender etc.

We have planned the below Fundraising Event for our Trust.

 We are Organising a Talent Show for Kids and Women on 11th  June 2022 in Tirupur.

We have planned an Inclusion Ramp Show for Special Children too!

We are looking for your support for the event.

Children Category Registration Details:

Each Child Can Participate in Any Two Events.

The Event Registration Fee is Rs. 750 per Child.

3 Minutes will be Provided for Each Stage Performance in all 4 Categories to Perform.

Reel Insta Performers ( Category III- Old is Gold ) will have to send your Reels to the

Mail id [email protected] on or before 30th May 2022.

The Winners will be Intimated through Phone Calls.

Category I - Age Groups 4, 5, 6 Years

1. Fancy Dress - Lilliput’s in Disguise (No Theme)

A Ramp Walk / Fancy Dress Competition. The Child should come dressed for the Competition.

The Child must Act and Express His / Her character. All themes are allowed.

Judgment Criteria – Costume, Uniqueness of Theme / Costume, Posture, Style, Expressions.

Duration – 1 Minute

2. Story Telling - Little Story Tellers

 

The Child should Recite a Story in English / Native language.

Original / Funny stories are Encouraged.

Judgment Criteria – Choice of Story, Story Clarity, Expressions, Voice Clarity & Modulation,

3. Dance - Jumping Frogs

The Child must Dance to any Child - Friendly song.

Non-Child friendly songs will result in Disqualification.

Note – The Song of Choice must be submitted in a Pen drive. 

Judgment Criteria – Choice of Song, Choreography, Facial Expressions, Costume,

Grace of Movements

Duration – 1 to 2 minutes

4. Vocal Music - Jingle Bells

The Child can Sing any Song with appropriate Words.

Non-Child-friendly Songs will result in Disqualification.

Judgment Criteria – Choice of Song, Facial Expressions, Costume, Voice Modulation, Skill

Category II - Age Groups 7,8,9 Years

Rhythmic Interpretation, Stage Presence / Audience Communication.

4. Drawing - Ravishing Rainbows (Theme - Happy Me)

Coloring Sheets, Paper will be given in the School. Bring your own Coloring Materials.

Category III - Age Groups 10,11,12 Years

1. Adapt Tunes - Tap to the Rhythm

Show off your Dance Skills in this Amazing Platform where you sync your

 Brain and Legs to Adapt yourself to the beats! Any Dance Style.

Judgment Criteria – Costume Attire, Dance Style, Energy, Uniqueness

Expressions, Choreography.

Duration – 1 minute

“Strong Roots produce Beautiful Leaves”

 The Reels Should be made with your Grand Parents.   

Judgment Criteria – Video Quality, Concept, Expression, Connectivity, Bonding

3. Instrumental Music - Drums and Strings

The Child must bring their Music Instruments. Any Music can be Played of their Choice.

Instruments should be tuned before the performance.

 No Automated or recorded Music is allowed.

Judgment Criteria – Choice of Music, Tempo, Dynamics, Pitch, Rhythm, Clarity, Overall Presentation.

4. Stand up Tamasha - Comedy Killadees

A platform for Young Comedians to tickle the audience with the

Best of your comic skills. Be the reason for all the giggles and laughs around.

 No participant can point out any individual or religion in any way,

and any dual meaning obscene content is strictly not allowed

The content shouldn't be disrespectful to any religion, caste, race or political party and

should not contain any adult jokes.

 Judgment Criteria: Content, Fluency, Spontaneity, Presentation & Sense of Humor,

Stage Presence / Audience Communication.

Duration – 3 minutes

Category IV - Age Groups 13, 14, 15 Years

1. Adapt Tunes - Tap to the Rhythm

Show off your Dance Skills in this Amazing Platform where you sync your

3. Mimicry - Mock Me

Participants may mimic the sounds of Birds, Animals, Machines, and speeches of

 well-known persons including Film Personalities. The medium of expression will be any Language.

It should necessarily be a cultured and pleasant piece of art.

Judgment Criteria: Imitating skill, variety of sounds and voices imitated

 Clarity, Stage Presence / Audience Communication, and overall presentation.

No vulgar or unparliamentarily language will be entertainment.
